We can provide you

with services as follows

We offer a Custom-Made Bologna Experience ‘Kit’, from giving you suggestions to putting together the holiday experience that you want, to bringing you to the airport for your flight back home

Phase I. Preparing

Here are some suggestions for fun things to do; mull it over, talk to your friends, look them up on the internet or in the library/bookstore/travel agent.

Then get back to us and we’ll look at them with you and see what is feasible, advisable, etc.

We’ll have to think about things like season/weather, how much time you have, age (children? Elderly folks?), your budget, etc.

And here for blogs with stories from Bologna

Phase II. Organizing the trip.

These are some of the things we’ll need to know:

  • How many of you?
  • Your budget, very roughly – on a scale of lots of attention, being accompanied most places, lots of translation and interpreting, simple or up-market accommodation and food, etc.
  • For seminars and talks – plain and simple, or more in-depth?
  • Any tickets that need booking (concerts, football matches, museum tours) will have to be done ahead of time.

Phase III. What we Offer

Depending on your needs – how comfortable you are travelling/walking, how comfortable you are with foreign languages, as well as your budget – we can meet you at the airport and accompany you practically round the clock till you’re ready to leave again. This depends entirely on you, how much you need us to be with you or if you prefer to do things on your own.

Once we’ve looked at these things together, we can give you a more accurate estimate.

There are lots of fun things you can do here in Bologna, while you’re learning Italian and having Italian lessons you can have fun and learn interesting and useful things at the same time. And most importantly, you’re not just learning the language, but you’re learning about Italian culture and history at the same time.

Would you like to do a kiddie-friendly thing? Or are you retired and you’d like to spend some weeks here in Italy, maybe based in Bologna? Let us know if you have interests, hobbies, passions that we can organize for you, or something totally new that you’d never thought of before, but you’d like to learn. Or just hang out with Italians, that’s perhaps the best way to learn the language and what makes the country and people tick. Wedding or hen party? Let us custom-make it for you, use any of these suggestions or suggest something totally different. We can put it together for you so you don’t have to worry too much about the organization and logistics, and then we can try to make it either fun or educational/intellectual (invite professors or specialists to give you a private seminar, a private concert in a small piazza or historic building, etc.) – or if you’re travelling with your colleagues from work, we can organize a programme that leaves you time to do your work things and then fun things in your off-time.

Write to us for the list of suggestions!
